Barnegat Woman Indicted on Heroin Charge

Grand jury also indicts male resident on shoplifting charge

 

A Barnegat woman was among three Ocean County residents indicted last week on charges of possessing heroin.

Brittany L. Jankowski, 19, of Bowline Drive was arrested in Ocean Township on Aug. 23 and accused of having the narcotic, according to an indictment handed up by an Ocean County grand jury.

Jankowski was arrested along with Timothy K. Krier, 28, of Waretown and Matthew J. Kipila, 26, of Manahawkin.

All three were released on a summons.

  • A grand jury also indicted John B. Sharpe, 27, of Hillside Avenue on a shoplifting charge.

Sharpe was arrested Dec. 5 in Toms River after being accused of stealing more than $200 in brass fittings from Home Depot, the indictment states.

Sharpe was released on a summons.

released on a summons now they can run and go get more drugs and cost us more money saying they want to clean up
